I’ve spent over 20 years in the game—from leading national campaigns for Fortune 100 healthcare giants to owning one of Atlanta’s biggest strength and conditioning gyms. I’ve been the COO of a wildly successful marketing agency, launched programs for hundreds of startups, and mentored inside two of the top business coaching communities in the country: Mindshare Collaborative and Pinnacle Global Network.

While I’m all about systems and structure, I’m also a mama, a wife, and a woman who’s always looking for the next great meal, passport stamp, or deep belly laugh with the people I love.
I split my time between Atlanta and San Diego, and when I’m not on Zoom helping clients win, you’ll find me living life with my favorite humans—my husband, our two sons, and our Golden Doodle, Cassius Black Powers (yes, that’s his full government name).
We lovingly call ourselves The Sausage Clan—long story, but it fits.
I like to cuss. A lot. If that’s not your vibe, it’s all love—just keep it moving.
I’m not political, but I absolutely speak up for what’s right.
I’m rediscovering hobbies. It used to be all gym, all day... now I’m dabbling in golf and pickleball like someone’s competitive cousin.

I’m deep into the woo-woo: crystals, cards, beads, meditation—you name it. I believe in energy and execution.
I travel often and intentionally—at least two real vacations a year to rest, reset, and remember who I am.
I’m a Capricorn through and through. That means I like money, structure, and being the boss. Enough said.
